The delivery of products that qualify for parcel shipping is carried out by a parcel service. The delivery of products that do not qualify for parcel shipping takes place via forwarding agents (kerbside delivery). Please note that delivery can only take place on working days.

Please note that we are currently unable to deliver to Guadeloupe, Martinique and the Canary Islands. For all other islands, please contact us.

Please note that we do not provide prepaid return labels. Therefore, you are solely responsible for the return process until the package reaches its final destination. We strongly recommend saving your return receipt and tracking number for future reference. If you wish to return items from multiple orders, you are welcometo consolidate them into a single package for shipping purposes.
