Shipping costs vary depending on your country. Please refer to the list below for details.

The delivery of products that qualify for parcel shipping is carried out by a parcel service. The delivery of products that do not qualify for parcel shipping takes place via forwarding agents (kerbside delivery). Please note that delivery can only take place on working days. Forwarding shipments cannot be delivered to Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands.

Please note that we do not provide prepaid return labels. Therefore, you are solely responsible for the return process until the package reaches its final destination. We strongly recommend saving your return receipt and tracking number for future reference. If you wish to return items from multiple orders, you are welcometo consolidate them into a single package for shipping purposes.
